Cooking over fire, charcoal and wood-fired oven. A good combination of technique, quality product and experience. Smoke, embers and slow cooking take us back to one of the most ancient ways of enjoying food.
After many years of searching we found a project to be developed by the two of us, Txetxu and Miguel.
Our wine list has been designed for those who want to enjoy experiences. We have searched for wines that define a variety, a territory, a cultural practice. Mostly small producers with productions of less than 500 bottles in some cases.
